Carme ruscalleda is the only woman in Spain that has a three Michelin star restaurant, the fourth in the world and the only one in the world to have a total of five stars (two more just got for her restaurant in Tokyo, Japan). Her Spanish restaurant, Sant Pau, is in Sant Pol de Mar, near Barcelona and she's got another Sant Pau in tokyo: same food and same spirits, the highest quality Mediterranean cuisine made from fresh seasonal products.
